We will be advising all players that have a pending request to re-appeal under the Character Issues category *only if*:
- You no longer possess your Conqueror weapon.
- You only possess the original version of Miniature Dagger of Glory, Miniature Dagger of Tyranny, Symbolic Token of Reverence, Pillaged Artifact of Anathema, Ornamental Weapon of Supremacy, Ornamental Weapon of Infamy which are now grey items that you cannot equip. Note: This service is only available for players that purchased these items for actual currency. Your honesty is appreciated! Any attempts to game this system with a free version are ill-advised, as we will verify your purchase. Any fraudulent claims from players that only received one (or more) of these items for free will be considered Abuse of the Appeal System, and your account will be actioned.
We do not normally ask players to appeal twice for the same issue. We are making this request for two reasons. First, the format below helps us immensely with tracking and resolving the issue for you. Second, almost none of the requests received specified whether your Conqueror weapon or original trophy was still in your possession. This is absolutely not your fault. You were not previously advised to include this information, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.
If you need to re-appeal due to the loss of your Conqueror weapon or possession of a trophy which you cannot equip, please use the exact format below in your appeal. Send your appeal from the character that is missing the weapon, in the Character Issues category. This helps us very much to assist you faster, as it will provide all of the information we need ahead of time and allows for immediate identification of which issue you are having. Any appeals for assistance that are not in this format will be met with a request to submit a new appeal in this format. We thank you in advance for helping us to assist you effectively.

You should expect a resolution to your appeal within 72 hours if most players no longer possess your weapon, or sooner should many of you still have your original weapon that you could not equip. We will be working through these as fast as we are able while still maintaining our current services. Only one appeal is necessary per character, please.
Your appeal will be escalated to a higher tier (you'll receive notification and an email when it is escalated), so that you can appeal other issues normally. We ask that you do not send in duplicate appeals or requests for an update on your first appeal. We are keenly aware that getting your tome unlock is important to your character development, and that you very much want and deserve to receive your proper currency. The more duplicate appeals we field, the slower this process will be for everyone. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Finally, we have received many requests to exchange Fused Conqueror's Insignias and Conqueror's Insignias that were gained in place of Invader versions while you have been affected by this issue. I am pleased to let you know that we have identified everyone that was affected by this issue, and we are going to grant each of those characters a Gift of Lost Insignias. This is a package of 100 Invader’s Insignias. You will not be required to appeal to receive this. We will not be collecting the Conqueror's versions you gained in their stead, they are yours to keep. You do not owe us the difference if you received fewer than 80 of the Conqueror's versions. Distribution of this item will be done over the course of the weekend. Please accept this as both our apology to you for this issue and our way of saying thank you for continuing to slay your enemies on the field of battle in WAR!
Please note, we will not be able to accommodate players who were illegitimately earning Fused Royal Insignias during this time frame.
